Description

Contour Primo Xtra, the quiet and unblockable shower waste pump, which is maintenance free and requires no servicing, can be used with a variety of different shower tray styles including conventional level access and low level trays, floor formers and step-in, side outlet shower trays.

This silent, recyclable pumping system has been specifically designed to remove waste water from the shower tray or wet floor area, to the waste pipe where there is no direct access to a ground level drain. 
Primo Xtra will easily cope with hair, shower gels and small obstructions that would normally cause a blockage.

Designed for the special needs and domestic market to meet the requirements of specifiers, installers and users. Noticeable reduction in sound output virtually eliminates 
noise disruption in the bathroom compared to other pumps.

  • Fitted with 40mm outlet and inlet. Supplied with 2 connectors to reduce down to 22mm.
  • Longer inlet and outlet allows use of John Guest push-fit connectors or similar.
  • Significant reduction in noise.
  • Self-priming, 24 volt pump.
  • For optimum performance use with 22mm pipework or larger.
  • Maximum drainage 12 litres per minute.
  • Not handed for quick installation.
  • Single speed control box, IP65 rated, can be located inside or outside the bathroom.
  • No non-return valves required.
  • Suitable for electric and mixer showers. Flow switch should be installed within the cold water supply, and can be fitted horizontally or vertically. (Additional flowswitch required)

Primo XTRA Pump Options

Please note that all Standard option Primo Pumps are supplied with a single flowswitch.

Link option Primo Pumps are supplied without a flowswitch as they are designed to be linked directly into the shower.
